About the event

 Our goal with CommUNITY Dance Fest is to put the dancers FIRST. Routinely, dancers show up for a performance and have to wait back stage for sometimes hours as their parents get to enjoy the show. This event puts the dancers directly in the audience, affording them the opportunity to cheer on their friends, old and new, the same way they would hope to be cheered while they are on stage!

Unlike our event, DelAWAREness, this is NOT a charity show. Instead, a portion of the proceeds will be going back to the dancers! One dancer from every participating studio will be selected at random to receive, at minimum, a $100 scholarship back to their home studio! With the participating studios' permission, we will also be giving out scholarships to new dancers looking to give our program a try. We have given out $10,000 in scholarships in just our first two years!

$50/dancer. This is their performance fee and two tickets. One for themselves and a +1

Every dancer you bring gets you 30 seconds of stage time to use how you would like. 

20 Dancers? That gives you 10 minutes of stage time to use how you would like!

We need a full list of all of your performers. We will be taking the names and putting them in a bag. During the show, we will be rewarding scholarships back to your studios to a random dancer participating in this event. Every studio will have a dancer walk away with a minimum $100 scholarship back to your company!

With your support and permission, we will also be giving out $100 BAU Scholarships. If you have any dancers that you think might benefit from our program, we will be offering a $100 scholarship for our upcoming season! Only dancers who have not done BAU before will be eligible.

I will gladly speak to any of you that would like to know more about our program, what we do, and what we offer. We are happy to be celebrating 10 years of coexisting alongside your studios and offering your dancers additional performance opportunities and the ability to meet like-minded friends!

Payments can be in the form of cash, check, or online payment (through Quickbooks)
